UPSA Professional Admission requirements

• Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK
• Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG)
• Association of Certified Chartered Accountnts (ACCA) UK
• Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK
• Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) UK

In order to be eligible for any of the above courses, applicants must have:

1. A complete pass at the foundation or part/ level One (1) of the Professional course applied for must be obtained, or complete pass in the level preceding the level applied for must be obtained.
2. A Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Management studies or Marketing from any recognized institution.
3. A University / tertiary Diploma in business related subjects from any recognized institution.

 
Note:
All those who qualify under (1), (2), (3) must in addition have passes in core English, core Mathematics and core Science in the WASSCE/ SSSCE/ GBCE or in the case of GCE ‘O’ Level holders credit in English Language, Mathematics and any Science subject. Evidence of proficiency in English Language will be required in the case of applicants from non-English speaking countries.
