Regional Maritime University 2018/2019 Fees Schedule and How to pay your fees

Regional Maritime University 2018/2019 Fees schedule are to be settled by the student before registration of the academic year. The fees are for the whole academic year but students can be allowed to register after paying a percentage of the fees.
The remaining fees must be paid before the beginning of the second semester.
NB: First years are required to rely solely  on the information on their application letter.
Fees are different for individual programmes. Kindly write to the registrar for more details about the fees of the programme selected.

RMU

FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE

1.0       Introduction
As much as possible, RMU strives to minimize cash transactions on campus and insists that all fees be paid into any RMU bank accounts and the proof of payment presented for an official receipt.
2.0       Procedure and Processes for Payment of Short Courses Fees
Short courses applicants are to note that a bank teller is available on campus on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to facilitate fee payment. Course participants wishing to pay their fees on Wednesday and Friday are advised to deposit their monies into the stated account at any branch of the Ghana Commercial Bank or Ecobank Ghana.
Two duplicate copies of the bank pay-in slip or advice must be presented to the RMU Cashier for the issuance of RMU Official Receipt and endorsement of the short courses forms.

3.0       Procedure and Process for Payment of Regular Fees (Postgraduate,
B.Sc. Degrees, Diploma, Upgrading and Certificate Courses)
 

  • Ghanaian Students

All fresh and continuing Ghanaian students are required to make payment to any of the account numbers provided in their admission letters/bills.
 

  • International Students

All fresh and continuing International students are required to transfer fees to any RMU US Dollar accounts provided in their admission letters/bills.
 
All students are required to present evidence of fee payment such as bank pay-in slip, swift advice to the Cashier in order to obtain RMU official receipt. The cashier may also verify such payments with RMU Bankers prior to issuing of receipt.

All regular students are to note that fees can be paid in two or more installments.  At least 50% of fees can be paid before registration and the remaining 50% spread up to at least 2 weeks before end of semester examinations.
