University Of Professional Studies UPSA Hostel

All UPSA students are hereby informed that from the 2015-2016 academic year, application and registration for bed/room in the UPSA Hostel shall be done ONLINE.

The ONLINE registration procedure is as follows:

  1. Log on to www.upsahostel.com
  1. View room specifications and corresponding rent
  1. Click ‘BOOK A ROOM’
  1. Login with your ‘Index Number’ as username and ‘Date of Birth’ as password using the format: dd-mm-yyyy
  1. Upload a clear passport picture of yourself (compulsory field)
  1. Edit phone number or e-mail address if not functional
  1. Choose room of preference and proceed to agree to terms and conditions in the Tenancy Agreement
  1. Proceed to make payment of the designated hostel fees in any networked branch of Access Bank
  1. Proceed to disburse hostel fees paid on the University’s Interpay Platform within 24hrs after booking. Please note that if disbursement is not done within 24hrs after booking, the booking shall be withdrawn and made available to other applicants
  1. After successful disbursement, a confirmation text message shall be sent to applicant to signify the successful end of the registration exercise
  1. Login with your credentials to view booking information and check your email for details

  1. STUDENTS ARE ADVISED TO MAKE HOSTEL FEE PAYMENT AND DISBURSEMENT ONLY AND ONLY IF THEY HAVE SUCCESSFULLY BOOKED A ROOM
  1. STUDENTS SHALL BE INFORMED SOON WHEN THE REGISTRATION EXERCISE IS TO BEGIN
