The details of Methodist University College Ghana 2017/2018 Fees schedule has been released. The fees are to be paid according to the agreed procedure between the university and the students body.
Below are the procedures and guidance for the payment of Methodist University College Ghana 2017/2018 Fees schedule.

The following must be observed:

1. Fresh students are required to pay the full fees before registration.
2. Continuing students :
(i) 60% of fees must be paid by the end of the fourth (4th) week of the semester/trimester.
(ii) 80% of fees must be paid by the end of the sixth (6th) week of the semester/trimester.
(iii) 100% payment must be made before the commencement of the end-of- semester/trimester examinations.
NOTE: No fee defaulter will be permitted to write mid-semester/mid-trimester, and end-of- semester/trimester examinations.

FEE PAYMENT
Continuing Students
Pay 60% of fees on the commencement of the semester/trimester before registration.
Fresh Students
  Pay the full fees upfront in the first semester/trimester of admission before  registration.  In subsequent semesters, 60%  of fees must be paid before registration.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION
End of the sixth (6th) week of the semester/trimester (that is, commencement of mid-semester/trimester).
PAYMENT OF PENALTY FOR LATE REGISTRATION
From mid-semester/trimester examinations to one month before the start of end-    of-semester/trimester examinations – GH¢100.00 per course.
From a month to two (2) weeks before the start of end-of-semester/trimester examinations      –  GH¢150.00 per course.
From two (2) weeks to the eve of end-of –semester/trimester examinations –   GH¢200.00 per course.
STUDENT ARE TO NOTE IN PARTICULAR THAT:
The Fees Task Force will intensify efforts to track down students who have not registered.  These students will be barred from attending lectures.
Examination timetables for both mid-semester/trimester and end-of-semester/trimester examinations shall be made available to the Fees Task Force before the commencement of the examinations.
 Back registration will be considered only in very special circumstances.  Students for whom back registration is approved shall pay a penalty of GH¢200.00 per course.
Only the computerized system for the payment of fees through the banks shall be used.  No names of students shall be manually unblocked by the University College cashiers after such students had made the relevant fee payments.
Students are urged to note the above regulations for strict compliance.
