Koforidua Polytechnic Online Registration

The following are the Koforidua Polytechnic online registration steps. All students are required to go online and register after making payment of the required fees.

STEPS FOR ON-LINE REGISTRATION

  1. Step 1: Payment of School Fees
    • Students are to pay the required percentages of the Polytechnic fees as indicated above for the 2014/2015 academic year at any branch of Agriculture Development Bank or Ghana Commercial Bank using the Trans-flow System.
    • Students must ensure that they quote correctly their Index Numbers on all the pay-in-slips.
  2.  Steps 2: Payment of Department Fees and SRC Dues
    • Students are to pay their 2014/2015 academic year dues at any branch of these designated Banks.
    • SRC Dues
    • And any other payment required by the institution
  3. Step 3: Academic Course Registration
    • Click sip.koforiduapoly.edu.gh for your online registration page.
    • Enter their full index numbers as a username
    • Enter the default password sip4kdpoly for first users. All should be in small letters.
    • Change their password after logging into the system for the first time.
    • Click on the course registration tab”.
    • Click on “Enter” button on the screen to begin course registration. (NB: you can only register after 24 hours after paying the fees)
    • Register for the required courses for the semester by adding the correct courses for the semester (please check and be sure of the courses before registration).
    • Confirm your registration after adding the correct courses.
    • Print a copy of your registration confirmation page. (NB: You can’t print without confirming your registration)
    • Logout from the system after registration.
  4. Step 4: Certification of Registration Form
    • Attach your printed Registration Form, copies of receipt for Departmental dues and SRC charges and submit to the Faculty Administrator for certification.
    • Students will run two (2) copies of their certified copies of the registration form and submit same to their respective departments. Keep the original for use at the end of semester Examination.
    • Registration is not complete until it is certified by the Faculty Administrator.

No payment of fees or registration would be accepted after the late registration deadline (for all students Morning/Evening and Weekend Sessions).
